**Terms and Conditions**
**1. Acceptance of Terms**
By accessing or using the services provided by Skyline Outdoor Living ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
**2. Services**
Skyline Outdoor Living offers construction services in the Fort Worth, Texas area. These services may include but are not limited to, construction, renovation, remodeling, and related activities.
**3. Quotes and Estimates**
All quotes and estimates provided by Skyline Outdoor Living are subject to change based on project specifications, unforeseen circumstances, or changes requested by the client. We strive to provide accurate estimates, but final costs may vary.
**4. Payments**
Clients are required to make payments in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in a delay in project completion or additional fees.
**5. Changes to the Scope of Work**
Any changes or modifications to the original scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional charges may apply for changes requested by the client after the commencement of the project.
**6. Permits and Approvals**
Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals required for the project. Skyline Outdoor Living can assist in the permit application process, but ultimate responsibility rests with the client.
**7. Project Delays**
Skyline Outdoor Living will make every effort to complete the project within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, regulatory approvals, or unforeseen site conditions.
**8. Warranty**
We stand behind the quality of our work. Skyline Outdoor Living provides a limited warranty on our construction services. Please refer to the warranty terms provided in your contract for more details.
**9. Liability**
Skyline Outdoor Living is not liable for any damages or injuries that occur on the client's property during the construction process unless they result from our negligence.
**10. Governing Law**
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Texas. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in Fort Worth, Texas.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms may be updated or modified from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
Free Outdoor Kitchen Deal
- Customer responsible for purchasing doors, drawers, grill, griddle, fridge, or any other appliance/accessory for the free outdoor kitchen that they'd like.
- Contractor will build a 6 foot (total) outdoor kitchen made of siding. Contractor will provide free labor for this 6 ft kitchen and install any door, drawers, appliances, etc that was purchased by the customer as long as the appliances fit within the free 6 ft siding kitchen.
- If customer wants to change material from siding to anything else they are responsible for paying the difference in material. No exceptions. Only free material is wood siding.
- If customer wants to change change length of free kitchen they are responbile for paying the difference in length. The free offer only includes up to SIX (6) feet of free kitchen made of siding.
- Countertop will be made of 1 inch lueder stone only. If customer would like to upgrade they are responsible for paying the difference in countertop material. The only free material is siding for the body of the kitchen and 1 inch leuder for the countertop. Any changes in material the customer is responsible for paying the difference.
- Skyline Outdoor Living can terminate this offer any time they wish - as long as there is no contract signed stating the kitchen is included for free.
